     Plate Rotations (x/side)

     Diagonal Stretch (x5/side)

B) Sleeper Stretch (60 sec/side)

     Standing Shoulder Extension (30-60 sec)

     Passive/Active Hang (30-60 sec)

C) Arch Body Hold (30 sec)

     Jefferson Curl (x5)

     Table Hold (30 sec)

D)"Play" - Skin the Cat (x3)

                 - Bridge wall walk (x3)
